I am Ryan, the administrator and founder of TenantHost. I began working on TenantHost over a year ago with 2 friends. Prior to TenantHost I was a software engineer at one of the major Internet companies. You may wonder why is a software engineer creating TenantHost? Well, the answer is simple. My family has many rental properties and it inspired me to create this application, a tool I hope to help more people by making it public.
